Thanks for looking and helping.

I open 40-50 ppt files, publish as pdf files, and click option, change to
Notes Page, click on Include Hidden Slides, and then click ok , and then
Publish. If the default print settings could be change globally as opposed
per file my life would be SOOO much easier (but no one promised easier).

Any ideas?? TIA

Thanks for looking. Yes, I'm using SaveAsPdf in PPT2007. I have full version
of Acrobat, so that part is not my problem, it's the default print settings
of PPT. I would like them to be controlled outside of document. So I could
set the 'global' print settings to be "Notes Page" Handouts, 3 to page, etc.
so each time I open file it would print always to that default, not the one
saved in the file, since I only open files once to print.

I tried a macro but it opened VBA, and my eyes glazed over. Your help is
appreciated.
