Change default Meeting Request Form

How do I change the Default Meeting Request form to have the "Private" box
marked by default? Using OL2K and Exchange2K.

I can't save a form to the Standard Form Library, from whence I opened the
default to edit.

Just to add, I want to do this for everyone in my organization. If the
registry changes are the only way to do this, I presume I'd have to change
those via a login script.
