Change default for reminder 2003

Hi,

Is there a way to automatically have reminder set to no when I create an
appointment?

Uncheck the option under Tools->options->calendar section.

I didn't even notice that area of the dialog box! I kept looking in the
calendar options area.

Right under the nose is the best place to look - I miss it more times than not.
