Change date by one year

I have a list of birthdays formulated 8/12/05
I want to change all the dates to next year i.e. 8/12/06

You could use a formula:

=date(year(a1)+1,month(a1),day(a1))

Or, for a "quick and dirty" solution
Ctrl+h to bring up Find and Replace
Find What /2005
Replace with /2006
Replace all
