change computer name

I have a windows 2000 server installed and it is placed
with 2 domain controlers with win2000 server installed. I
wanted to change the name of the non domain controler, but
after doing that I cant logon to the domain anymore.
Can anybody tell me what to do?

Create a computer account with that name in the domain.
