G Gord Dibben Jan 27, 2004 #3 KRO You can't change the column labels. You hide them using Tools>Options>View and uncheck "row and column headers". In row 1 enter some meaningful labels(titles) for the columns. Select A2 and Window>Freeze Panes to lock row 1 in view as you scroll down the sheet. If you select B2 and Freeze Panes, row 1 and column A will be locked in view. Gord Dibben Excel MVP
