I think the only way is to change the settings within Windows - but I may be
wrong!



does anyone know how to change the toolbar background
colour?

The way that I have done it in XP Home edition is to right click on the desk to
and select properties

Click on the appearances tab and then click on advanced

You should see a drop down list of a number of different window
items that you can change colors on.
