Change colour of taskbar

Hi. I posted earlier about changing the colour of the
taskbar. I was advised to go to Display Properties, then
Appearance, then click on Advanced.
I tried this and there's a long list of items you can
change the colour of, but I could not see the taskbar
listed. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be very
grateful.

Hi Carol,

You dont click on advanced. You will have to choose a different visual style
from the drop-down list under "Color Scheme" and hit apply. This will change
the color of the taskbar and the windows and buttons.

The Taskbar is one of the "3d Objects".
