Change color of Disk name?

I have 2 external disks and 1 of them changed to blue when I changed its
name, which I like.

The second is also external and I also renamed it, but the lettering stays
black.

I see nowhere in Properties a way to change the color.

How did it happen to the first one and not the second one? And how can I
make them both blue as far as color of the letters is concerned?

Paint? Use a suitable brush.

WinXP has an option to display the names of encrypted or compressed NTFS disks with a different color. The disk that is a different color is probably one of those.

Thanks, that must be it.
