Change CD Drive Letter(s)

I've search through the group and didn't see this asked...

How do I change the drive letters of my CD drives in XP??

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: CHANGE DRIVE LETTER ,
and hit enter. Then click on "Assign, change, or remove a drive letter.

Yeah - I've done that but I can only change the letters of the hard drives
and not the CD drives. And the problem with that is the drive letter I want
to change the second hard drive to is taken up by the first CD drive, so I
can't change it. I need to be able to change the drive letters of the CD
drives so that I can then change the drive letters of the hard drive.

I had thought about that but I didn't necessarily want to mess with
disabling and enabling the drives...
