Change brand of labels for report

Is it possible to change from one physical style of labels
to another after a report design is complete. Users stated
that only one type of Avery label would be used, so I
created the report based on that label. Now that different
labels were purchased, I have not been able to find where
I can change the style of label without recreating the
entire report. Is this possible?

This can be done thru the print setup option from the file menu. Also if you
have access 2002 or 2003 there is a programmible print object.You can use it
from the report's events to define the printer, and all of it's available
options such as label layouts, paper size, tray, etc.

Shannon,
It would probably be quicker to just use the wizard again and set up
the new labels. Any Event coding in the existing label report can be
copied and pasted into the new report.

If you are adventurous, you can manually get into the existing report
and resize the detail height and Report width to the new label's size,
as well as possibly changing the spacing between columns in File +
PageSetup + Columns. If you're unfamiliar with Access, however, that
can be a bit of trial and error.
If you do have the time, try it on a back-up copy of the current
report. Measure the new label sheet carefully first, so you know what
the new label size should be.
