Change Appearance of Current Field

Is there any way of changing the appearance of the current
location field within a form so that it is more visable to
the user.
Examples:
1. Changing the cursor whithin the MS Access application
2. Highlighting the Lable on check boxes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a way to change the appearance e.g. a pointing hand (simalar to
browsing on the web) that can be attached to any field.

What I typically do is set the BackColor of the controls to a contrasting color and
then make them transparent. The BackColor then only shows on the control with focus.
