change all users temp and tmp paths

I need to change the user temp and tmp envirionment variables and I assume
this information for each user is stored somewhere in the registry. I could
do it with a logon script but I was wondering where this information is
stored before it is loaded into hkey_current_user/Environment/TEMP and TMP?

hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/windowsnt/currentversion/profilelist/X-X-X..../ only has the ProfileImagePath defined.

Control Panel>System Properties>Advanced>Environmental Variables shows where
they are stored and allows you to change them.

Thanks....I knew that....I want to script this or do it once for each user
without having to log in as them and do it manually.

If you use AD, try posting in m.p.windows.group_policy for the most expert
