directory. Can I change all local administrator password(same password for
all computer)
Any help would be
appreciated greatly. Thanks!
2. When "log in" a computer in a network with active directory with my
domain user can start "scheduled tasks" automatically on any computer?
Any help would be
appreciated greatly. Thanks!

Yes, very interesting point, please somebody answer...

You can create a startup script for the group of computers using Group
Policy/computer configuration. The batch file would be "net user
administrator newpassword" . Since it is a startup script, users do not need
permissions to it. Remove the users/everyone group and add domain computers.
That way regular users can not navigate to sysvol and read the script. ---
