Change a Table field row size

How do you change the row size of the field names? I want to print a table I
made and I would be able to print on one page if I could wrap the text of the
table headings within a smaller column. Please HELP with any suggestions!!!

Datasheets are not intended to be printed so such features don't exist. Build a
simple tabular report based on your table. Then you CAN do what you want.
