You will have to use the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) to move all
the accounts/groups/etc from one domain, demote the DC in the unused domain
(by running DCPROMO), and then promote the demoted server to be an
additional DC in the existing domain that contains all the objects. If your
two domains are in the same forest you will need to perform an intar-forest
migration using ADMT. If your two domains are not in the same forest you
will need to perform an inter-forest migration using ADMT. If you need more
details on intar-forest and inter-forest migrations, let me know how your
domains are configured (one forest or two).
By the way, Windows 2000 does not have "PDC" and "BDC" domain controllers
(as in NT 4.0 terminology) - they are all just "Domain Controllers" (DC).
