The anti-spyware application removed this cfgmgr52.dll
file from my computer, but it must not have removed all
of the spyware. I keep getting a messsage saying that
this file is missing. Now my internet access is not
working. What can I do to fix this?

cfgmgr52.dll is associated with Booked Space adware :

The error message means that on Startup the system is trying to load the
file but since it's been removed from the system, can not.
First place to check would be the System Configuration Utility. Go to
Start, Run, type in
msconfig
Click OK.
Click the Startup tab. Look for BookedSpace under Startup Items. If
listed, uncheck the box next to it, click Apply, Close, and restart the
system. If BookedSpace is not listed have a look here for further
