Hi all!

I got a problem.
Someone noticed that on some Toshiba e750 the CF apps do not work?

I can't understand it!
I have here 10 e750 (same OS, eprom and drivers version...), and on some of
them all works fine, on the others there is no way to get a .Net app start
(.Net app does not even start! I cannot see the "wait window" after a tap on
the app icon).

Someone can help me?

Thanks!

e750 happens to be one of the dog food devices for CF team and CF sure
works on e750.
The symptoms you're observing are pretty common for damaged CF installation.
I would suggest hard resetting broken devices and reinstalling CF SP2 and
your application.

Best regards,

Ilya

It seems I found the problem: I restored a complete backup done on another
e750.
All seems was ok, but .Net apps didn't start.

I reset the e750, reinstalled the CF and copied the app: all works.

Do you know if a backup is linked to the device?

Thanks

As far as I know back up utility is provided by Toshiba, so I do not know
how exactly it works.
However, it's pretty clear it's not working as you'd like it to work and
you can not use it to clone device settings.

Best regards,

Ilya
