Will the version released at the PDC in a couple of weeks be available to
msdn subscribers?
 
Is there any documentation about the differences (improvements) to the
framework. I've got my pet peeves:

1) Enum.Parse
2) MarshalAs
3) Crypto
4) XmlDSig
5) ...

I don't know of any documentation as such, but there will be sessions at MDC
that cover the improvements. And as Chris pointed out, the MDC beta, if
there is one, might not be complete as far as framework improvements go.

You mean MDC? I think yes, but probably not immediately
