certification

How can I turn off cert. I went to Tools, Options,
Security, and tried everything and nothing works. I have
one site that it will not let thru even when I check yes
proceed. Can anyone help?

Ok if you didn't enable "Don't prompt for client
certificate when..." under Custom Level on the Security
tab, then do that now. It sounds like you've done that
though. Also look on the Advanced tab in the last section
under Security. There are a few related items. If you are
sure the site you wish to visit is safe you can add it to
trusted sites in the Security tab but be sure to uncheck
require server verification first.
