certificate services question

I have decomissioned our cert authority and am trying to recreate it. My
main concernt is trying to get our DCs to allow port 636 connections for the
purposes of LDAPS.

When my DCs hit my cert server, I keep getting this:

Automatic enrollment against the certification authority Longwood University
for a certificate of type DomainController has failed. (0x80070525) The
specified user does not exist.
.. Another certification authority will be tried.

Certificate Services denied request 10 because The specified user does not
exist. 0x80070525 (WIN32: 1317). The request was for (Unknown Subject).
Additional information: Denied by Policy Module

No clue. Any ideas?

(If there is a better group for this accept my apologies and please point me
in that direction)
