Hello,
I recently re-installed XP on my Dell 8200 dimension. Microsoft
WorksSuite already was installed upon purchase. Since re-installation, Word
2001 prompts me for the Certificate of Authority product key and the correct
one provided on the pc itself will not work. I have tried over and over
thinking I transposed numbers, etc., and even removed Suite and re-installed
it a couple of times. All other programs in WorksSuite seem to be running
ok as they do not ask me for any key. Does anybody know anything about
this? I have tried everything I can think of other than spending money on a
support call. That will be next if no help here. ANY IDEAS? I thank all
of you in advance for your ideas and help.
