Certificate of authenticity can't contact original manufactuer

lost Certificate of authenticity and I can't call the
original manufactuer because I have since broken the
computer and can not provide them with the serial number
and I am the end user but I have bought a new computer
without Word2000 I keep the original disk but I have lost
the Certificate of authenticity and can not install the
progam. what can I do??

How about taking the hard out of the old cp and taking it
to your local copmputor place. They can usually pull
anything off of the hard drive that you want. Hopefully
theres nothing there that you want them to see.....
