I have a software on my computer "Roxio" that I want to delete, but can't. I
get the msg. "certificate file missing" I tried the add /remove programs, I
got same msg. This software does not have an uninstall option with it. Can
anyone help me with this? I am using Windows XP Home Edition.
Thanks...

I tried to reinstall, can't do it. I get the msg. cert file missing or
corrupt. Any other suggestions?
Thank You

Iojeah, I have the very same problem with Roxio. Did you resolve the
matter or is there someone "out there" that can help us both.

Thank you.

I had the same problem when I upgraded from Roxio Media Creator 7 to Roxio
Medi Creator 8. After much frustration, I downloaded "Windows Install
Cleanup" I ran it and deleted the Roxio Media Creator 7 from the list and
that ended the problem
