certificate error

When I go to the webmail site for the company I work for, from my computer
at home, I get a Certificate Error warning in IE that says that the security
certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted
certificate authority. I tried it on a second computer at home and got the
same message.

How do I stop this message when accessing webmail email from home?

Your company's Network Administrator would be the best person to talk
to regarding this
