Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked

Turn off Transaction Security in Norton 360. Contact Norton to see why this
happening. It could also be a problem with your date. Make sure your
computer has the date set properly.
 
I'm not a hotmail user, so I just throw this out there:
If I try www.hotmail.com, it sends me to another login.livr.com site that
looks a little different from the one you linked to below. Have you tried
going through that way?

May have something to do with recent changes to Windows Live, etc.

When I signed in using the link the OP gave, it didn't take me into the
Hotmail account. It took me to the associated Live account.

I had this same problem just now, and this solution works with the Norton 360
security.
