Does anyone know if/when this product will have
centralised management/reporting for a network of client
machines. Managing updates, getting alerts etc?

There will be two versions of MSAS - one, free of charge, for licensed
Windows Users; and second one, at a price, for corporate environment. The
second one will provide additional management funtionality through GPO and
MMC. However the date of release is unknown.
