Central Calendar for Whole Office

Our office is only small - 8 officers - and we would like to be able to
access our CEO's calendar. We would like only the CEO to have access to it to
make changes, but we want all other officers to be able to view it to see
when he is in or out, etc.
Is this an easy task?? We have noone in our office who has any IT experience
so any answers would be great in lamans terms....Thanks

If you have Exchange as your server, it's fairly straight-forward. If you
don't use Exchange, then see this:
