Centering my page(s) in the Browser window?

Is there an easy way to retrofit my site to be able to CENTER the pages in the browser window? By retrofit, I mean, I didn't initially take this requirement into consideration. I have a MASTER page (template.dwt). But I don't have a master container of any sort that surrounds the elemenst in the body of the page. That is, I have a HEADER and a BODY .. and the BODY contains Text, editable content and other tables and such. Can I just insert a DIV tage or something right after the BODY tag? Then what?
