centering cells

I have and excel spreadsheet designed to appear as a floor
plan. The cells appear to all shift towards the right
margin. I want to center them so they are center of
document.

Why can't you get it done? What have you tried? Did you look at File>Page
Setup, etc? In Print Preview>Margins>*choose to have the sheet centered both
horizonally and vertically or any combination*>OK.
