Cells with lots of content

When a cell in Excel is selected and has a lot of content (e.g. several
lines of text), the content will be displayed just below the toolbar. The
problem is that the displayed content blocks a big portion of my Excel
spreadsheet. I would prefer that the content is not displayed below the
toolbar. Is that possible? Thanks.
 
I believe that the only option you have is to not have it displayed at all,
except, of course, in the cell itself. Click on Tools - Options - View tab,
uncheck Formula Bar. HTH Otto
