FrontPage 2003 SP3. Please have a look at the opening page at:
http://www.breatheeasyhalton.co.uk/

On the right of the opening page and below the navigation etc `Latest
is centred. The cells below have been set to `center' and I have
checked that the code is correct. In my browser and the Web site these
cell are displayed to the left of the column they are in. Can any one
guide me as to what is the cause of this behaviour?

They look centered to me

The cells are centred in IE7, but moved to the left in FireFox. I have
not found any reason for this, yet.

Today, there are no alignment problems in FireFox or IE.
IMO the Latest News box looks better with a plain background rather than
the stripes you are using.
