Cells increasing in size

How can I keep the cells the original size? When I type
anything into them, the cells increase in height.
Instead of them being a quarter inch high, they become 2
or 3 inches high.

Same answer as yesterday.......

Turn off Wrap Text from Format>Cells>Alignment.

Thanks. I have been trying since the 27th to figure out
how to see the replies to my post(s). I just now figured
how to do that.....(I hope I can do it again) I have the
Wrap Text unchecked and the cells are 3-4 inches in
height.

You will have to select the rows and Format>Row>Height. Set to 12.75 or
similar.

When you had Wrap Text and Autofit enabled, the rows increased to fit.
