Cell Phone Photo - How to get onto laptop?

Hi,

I have a photo on my cell phone that I want to bring onto my computer. In
the past, my laptops have had bluetooth and infared so I could send them via
this method. This laptop doesn't have that. I have a cable to connect the
2 but it is with software that merley syncs Outlook and the software doesn't
allow for other stuff.

I do not have email options on my cell phone.

Any clue how to get the photo to the laptop?

free program to manage cell phone from computer.
