Does anybody know a formula that will calculate whole
second (or whole number) into hours:minutes:seconds
example 120 = 00:02:00

One way:

If 120 is in cell A1, enter the formula =A1/60/60/24 in your destination
cell. Then format the destination cell as hh:mm:ss using the Format | Cells
| Number tab.
