Cell Format - Date Options

Does Anyone know if it's possible to format a cell for the
following date format:

mm/dd/yyyy

Every other option seems available, and I have an attorney
who wants this specific format.

Can you customize cell formats, and if so, how?

You can create a custom format

Format|Cell|Custom and put dd/mm/yyyy in the box below Type.
