Cell Fill Color

When making one cell = to the value of another cell. Is it possible t
obtain the value and the "fill color" of that cell.

For example:



B1: Has "text" as the value and the fill color is yellow.

A1: has the value "=B1"


A1: now displays "text"... but how do i get A1's fill color t
automatically be yellow as B1 is.

If this can't be done... How do i change the fill color of a cell usin
conditional formating only if the value of the cell is in a list o
cells.

For example:

Change A1's cell color to yellow if the value of A1's cell is presen
in a range of cells.


A1: has value of "Test"


B1: value of "Text"
B2: value of "1"
B3: value of "35"
B4: value of "Bob"
B5: value of "Test"

Test is represented so A1's cell color changes to yellow.
