Cell colour value return

Excel 97
I have an application whereby i need to summate a column
for the number of cells which have a fill colour of Green
and seperately summate the cells which have no fill colour.

Lost on this one.....anyone help please ?

You will need to use a macro to sum based on cell fill colour.
