Cell Background Color

One user has an Excel 2002 spreadsheet that occasionally contains a "total"
line, which has white text on a green background. Several others share the
spreadsheet and it looks fine. But one user cannot see the "total" lines
because the background does not display green, so the text is white on
white. What would cause this and how can I repair it?

Hi Glen.........

Could be that cell is "protected" either by Conditional Formatting and/or a
macro to be enabled only with a certain code or username......you might want
to check with the File Owner..........maybe this last user just isn't on the
"list of approved viewers".

Hi Glen,
Well if the user isn't "colored impaired" -- it must be the
High Contrast (Control Panel) in
Display, Accessibility Options.
