I have a DVD drive and a cdrw drive. Both read any disks
that are in there when Windows Boots up. However.

If I eject a disk, then reload it, the dvd drive says
that it is a non-windows disk, whilst the cdrw drive
shows if there is any space on the disk, and by using
explore, opens up to a blank directory. There is no icon
in My Computer, just a "Can't find what it is" icon.

I'm running Windows XP Pro, and have just had my m/board
upgraded. I've uninstalled and then re-installed Nero
5.5, latest version, which is running fine. But it can't
read CDs which it has formatted once they've been ejected
and reloaded.

So I can't insall MSWorks on 7 disks, as the machine will
only read the first one, and can't read the second.

My floppy will not read either. It keeps reading any disk
as needing to be formatted.

Autorun is enabled. I have run Autofix which says that
there is a problem, but it doesn't know what.
Please email me with any ideas. Thank you
