CDROM will not refresh

I have a Dell Latitude, 840 with XP Pro. When I change
CD the explorer will not refresh with the new CD name.
The only way is to restart the computer and then explorer
locks in with the new name regardless of which CD is in
the drive. This is very annoying.

Is there a solution to this. Any help will be
appreciated.

This is a problem that has always bugged me too. Anyone?
