You can use Disk Management snap-in to reassign non-system/ non-boot
partition drive letters.
diskmgmt.msc

how can i force win2k to recognise my cdrom drive as a particular letter?
for example my current cdrom is named h:, but i want it to be i:, but what
works in 98 won't work in win2k. any suggestions?

thanks alot m8
