CDR wizard won't recognize cds'

When I try to copy any files to my cdrw drive data or
music, I get a wizard telling me to insert a cd. Problem
is there is already a new cd in there. It won't let me
go any further. Any ideas? I recently upgraded from
windows 98 to xp home. Thanks.

hi. this happened to me yesterday. just shut down your

computer for a while, then when you turn it back on, it
might work.
