That's odd, I'm using 98SE here. Did you use the zip or the .exe
version? Did you uninstall the old first? Maybe conflicting with
something.

cdrip.dll file in 1.51 is defective.
If replaced by one from 1.50, then CDEX 1.51 works.

Anyone know where I can get v1.50 ..... worked perfectly for me on
Win98, then WinME. Downloaded v1.51 and (silly me) overwrote v1.50 and
all I get is a BSOD now.

But, as another poster pointed out, the cdrip.dll file in 1.51 is the bad
boy, replace it with the one from 1.50 and it works fine (using win98se
here)

It was apix.vxd that got into a tangle, but sorted now.
