Just wondering what CD player you're using. I'm currently
using WMP9 which is driving me crazy the way it stops
everything between tracks. I Googled all over the place but
failed to come up with anything I've not already tried.

I am using a hardware CD player, called Discman ;)
On PC, I usually use Exact Audio Copy to listen to CDs, but WinAMP or
Zinf should do it without any problems as well.

bye,

Onno

I use a simple CDPlayer that shows also an image (I use CD's cover)

QCD http://www.quinnware.com/

Hy,
I'd be interested in trying QCD as a (welcome) alternative to WMP 9,
but other than playing and ripping CDs, it doesn't say what file
formats it supports. Does anyone have any idea?

wav, mp1, mp2, mp3, ogg, au, snd

more via plugin: http://www.quinnware.com/list_plugins.php?type=input

As audio media player, I like Winamp 2.9x much more and I would
prefer a freeDB CD player, to rip I use better programs (EAC).

Regards,
Thorsten

Tried now...goodbye Winamp 2.xx: nicer skins, more functions and can use
Winamp's DSP plugins (also more than one at the same time without
tricks! e.g. Pacemaker & Vocal remover).
