there should be a small hole near the button, use a needle to operate the
emergency open button. otherwise its a dismantle job I'm afraid

DO NOT use need or pin you may damage the CD-Rom. To eject or open
your CD-Rom player, do the following:
Start/My Computer/rightclick your CD-Rom drive and click Eject. Voila!

YOu have to use the pin approach when the software eject fails.
