After I upgraded to Windows XP from 98, I tried to load
new drivers for my trident sound card and in the middle
of the installation the computer just rebooted and when
it came back up I didn't have access to my CD writer
anymore. I get the following message:
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)". I
also have an error in the "Plug and play software device
enumerator. Please help.
