CD writer XP

Under My Pictures I can't find the Write to CD section in
the task section. It's just not there, and I don't know
if it ever was? Does anybody know where it might be?
 
Right click the picture that you want to send to
CD.....click the drive that your CD burner is, It will
save the file then say that you have a file waiting to be
save to CD. Click file then write to CD. If it is
mulitple pictures highlight all of the one you want to
save then do the same as above,
