Hi
I've got a CDRW drive that wont write files (but burns
music fine), every time I try and write a file to cd it
comes up saying that the disc is full or not a writable
cd I,ve tried loads of different types of discs including
the ones that used to work and I've tried reinstalling
the driver but to no avail.
The device in question is atapi cd-rw 40/12/48x
on a amd athlon xp 2200+ with xp home ed sp1

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Cheers
Benj

How are you burning files to CD? Note that XP does not have any
built in packet software like DirectCD.
Is the CD Record feature enabled or disabled in My COmputer for the
drive?
