CD-RW won't open, no icon

My icon for CD-RW disappeared, no longer an option. Cd
drawer won't opn when I push on button. Any ideas what I
should do?
 
Hello,

I think maybe it came aloose from the power source inside
the computer, causing your computer to not reconigze it.
Make sure its power cords is plugged into the CD-RW
